An invoice will be sent to you as soon as you have clicked buy on the check out. Please pay this with 12 hours to ensure your item is secured for you and I can get it into the post as soon as possible. If payment isnt recieved with 24 hours, I will make contact and possibly close the invoice.

I guarantee all products sent to be of a high standard and as described, if not stated otherwise. If you are not satisfied then please contact me immediately and I will remedy the concern.

All items are sent with as much protection as is needed. Damage can occur during postage. If you find that your item is damaged then contact me immediately, with photos and I'll sort out a replacement as well as initiate a claim with NZ Post. Damage during postage must be reported immediately and ensure you keep the packaging for the claims process. All packages will be actively tracked by myself and I will contact NZ post if an item is taking to long in postage. If the item is not received within 5 working days, I will commence the claims process and keep you informed. It is an extremely painful and slow process, so please be patient. I take photos of all items prior to packaging, during packaging and then the final sealed package, including the address and tracking. I will endeavour to get these images to you prior to posting.
